Contact the finance & invoicing team with questions regarding invoices, receipts and own expenses. Open every weekday 9:00 to 16:00. If you as an insured have received an approved outlay granted and paid for your visit to a care provider yourself, you can easily log in to My DSS, and upload your / receipts and documents.
