Should you need acute psychological crisis counseling we are on call 24/7. Call our Health Team on phone number 08-4000 6121. If you call outside business hours, you will be redirected to our acute crisis hotline.
There may be wait time on the phone when many people call in simultaneously. This is typically in the mornings/mid-mornings and at the beginning of the week. You can always enter your phone number in our intelligent phone system. It ensures that you hold your priority in the phone queue and will be called up shortly after, without having to wait on the phone.
All telephone contact with the Health Team is recorded, both incoming and outgoing calls. These recordings are used for documentation and educational purposes. Recordings are deleted continuously and stored for a maximum of 6 months.

Contact the finance & invoicing team with questions regarding invoices, receipts and own expenses. Open every weekday 9:00 to 16:00. If you as an insured have received an approved outlay granted and paid for your visit to a care provider yourself, you can easily log in to My DSS, and upload your / receipts and documents.
For care providers, read our invoice requirements. It is important that these are followed for a fast and safe processing.
