Reported cases are processed quickly and in most cases from day to day. In a number of cases, we can approve your treatment immediately and notify you via your profile on My DSS. Otherwise we will contact you and help you quickly.

We ensure that the payment is arranged directly between the therapist and us when you choose a therapist in the DSS Hälsa network. If you choose a therapist outside our network, the settlement takes place between the therapist and you.
